Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to oversee the inspection of canned and frozen food products before they are shipped from Egypt to the United States and other international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and quality assurance and will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of factories, production processes, and final products to ensure compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit food processing factories throughout Egypt to conduct quality inspections of canned and frozen food products.
• Verify that all products meet U.S. FDA, USDA, and other international food safety and labeling standards.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant quality systems.
• Review and validate documentation, including COAs, packaging labels, and batch records.
• Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos, findings, and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with both factory personnel and the export team.
