Job Description
- Work under the supervision of the Chinese Production Manager and ensure the efficient execution of the daily production plan.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow follows the established schedule.
- Provide translation and facilitate communication between the Chinese and Egyptian teams.
- Prepare periodic reports on production, quality, and other key indicators.
- Monitor the implementation of quality and safety standards within the factory.
- Contribute to solving operational issues and improving production processes.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chinese Production Manager.
Job Requirements
Nationality: Egyptian only.
Residency: Preferably residing in 10th of Ramadan or nearby areas.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with preference given to graduates of Chinese language departments.
Languages: Proficiency in English – Chinese is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Experience in using (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience: Previous experience in factories or production environments is preferred.
Other: Organization, ability to work under pressure, effective communication, and teamwork.
