About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative yet grounded Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires someone who understands the balance between aesthetic design and brand consistency. We value clear communication, attention to detail, and a calm, collaborative mindset — not just flashy designs or fast movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visuals for digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Develop layouts and visual assets for presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visuals that support messaging goals.
- Stay updated with design trends while applying good judgment on what fits our brand tone and target audience.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both digital and occasional print use.
- Produce videos for social media and ads.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and work collaboratively with others.
- A calm, professional demeanor — someone who’s reliable and not easily flustered.
- Availability to work from our office.
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with social media marketing or branding in the education/tech sector.
