Job Description
- Set a meeting with the representatives to review the reports submitted by the sales team daily to identify and setting objectives.
- Divide the monthly target on the reps. according to the plan.
- Reviewing the balances of the stock, and define the required priorities for the team.
- Follow up on the loading of reps' cars.
- Guiding the team and support their efforts.
- Review delegate returns to ensure that returns policy is being done.
- Conduct regular visits to market, to evluate the reps performance and listen to clients.
- Training and developing the skills of team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree accredited by a reputable university.
- FMCG background, preferably (not a must) within cosmetics, detergents, and etc, a minimum of one year of experience as a sales supervisor is required
- Valid car driving license (Must owning car)
- Good English language and MS Office skills.
