Job Description
- Maintain a high level of Customer Service standards.
- Coach & Supervise Staff (Receptionists, Sales,Trainers & H.K).
- Undertake administrative tasks.
- Deal with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
- Manage Petty Cash & Budget.
- Enhance profitability.
- Maintain Fitness Equipment.
- Keep statistical and financial records.
- Provide Top Managements with Regular Reports.
Job Requirements
- At Least 3 years In Management at the same field.
- Female only
- Possess Excellent Customer Service, Business, Management, Sales and Marketing, Problem Solving, Interpersonal, Organizational and Communication Skills.
- High level of conduct and professionalism.
- Experience of managing Staff.
- Experience in dealing with Customers.
- Experience in delivering a range of studio classes is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fitness Equipment is a plus.
- Good Physical Fitness.
- Smart Appearance.
- Hotel system experience is an advantage.
- Very Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Business, Management, Sales and Operations Management,
