Job Description
- Calendar & Travel Management: Schedule meetings, manage the CEO’s calendar, and book domestic/international flights. Arrange accommodations and transportation, preparing complete itineraries.
- Visit & Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate visits, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place (venues, attendees, materials).
- Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Handle document preparation, office tasks, and manage confidential information.
- Problem-solving: Address and resolve any issues related to travel, meetings, or schedules.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree .
- Experience: 3-5 years as an executive assistant, with experience in travel coordination and event management.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking tools.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional: Flexibility to handle last-minute changes and availability for occasional after-hours work.
