Key Responsibilities:

Design and Drafting:
- Develop and review architectural designs using Revit, CAD, and other relevant software.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction documents for residential projects.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Site Architecture and Finishing Works:
- Supervise on-site architectural activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee finishing works, including interior and exterior finishes, to ensure a high-quality final product.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues.
Interior Design:
- Develop interior design concepts and layouts for residential projects.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project’s design vision and budget.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to finalize interior design plans.
Infrastructure and Civil Works:
- Assist in the integration of architectural designs with infrastructure and civil works, such as roads, utilities, and landscaping.
- Review and coordinate civil and architectural drawings to ensure alignment.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations and standards for infrastructure and civil works.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in design and construction meetings to provide technical input and resolve issues.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements and approvals.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure architectural and finishing works meet design and safety standards.
- Verify compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports and documentation.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to the project manager and team on design and construction progress.
- Assist in the preparation of final project reports upon completion.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on residential projects, finishing works, interior design, shop drawings, and infrastructure/civil works.
Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and other architectural design software.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
Experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and construction documents.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
