Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR-related software applications.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
