Job Description
- Supervise and manage all architectural and finishing activities on-site (tiles, painting, false ceiling, joinery, etc.).
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate between site, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per project standards.
- Prepare site reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Handle snagging, de-snagging, and final handover processes.
- Ensure safety and compliance with project requirements and regulations.
- Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finishing works within the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in architectural finishes and materials.
- Excellent site supervision and coordination skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
