Job Description
- Inspects the quality of High-Density Polyethylene pipes (HDPE).
- Prepares & writes a technical report to provide advice about using the pipes or not.
- Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet standards
- Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to processes.
- Removing received products that don’t meet production standards.
- Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the concerned team.
- Makes & maintains daily quality reports.
- Performing inspections at random to assess product quality.
- Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Awareness and effective handling of Client Complaints (internal and external).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- (+3 years) Experience as a Quality Control Inspector.
- Contracting and infrastructure background.
- Previous experience in HDPE pipes.
- Full awareness and implementation of project ITP’s.
- Proficient in MS Word Outlook and Microsoft Office tools and some knowledge of applicable project management software.
