Job Description

  • Conduct resourcing activities for service providers and vendors
  • Research, inspect, and evaluate the vendors and service providers
  • Request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
  • Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
  • Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
  • Keep track of logistics and update the company’s inventory
  • Analyze operational performance and resolve issues

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or enterprise resource planning
  • Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a similar field preferred
  • Excellent understanding of Procurement  processes
  • Great project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
