This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing exceptional customer support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

  • No prior experience needed
  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous
