Job Description
- Supervise and support nursing staff across various units.
- Ensure proper staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing personnel.
- Provide guidance and training to nursing teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with physicians, other departments, and administrative staff for smooth patient care delivery.
- Handle patient or family concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on staff performance and departmental needs.
- Respond to emergency situations and manage critical incidents effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse - RN).
- Minimum [X] years of clinical nursing experience, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
