Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and international standards.
- Lead and manage the HSE section, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure effective execution of safety programs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across all facilities to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and oversee incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees at all levels, fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to occupational health, safety, and environmental protection.
- Prepare and present detailed HSE performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into operational processes and new projects.
- Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, including drills and crisis management protocols.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending continuous improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Field is Must
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management, preferably within the healthcare or industrial sector.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE management systems and policies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
