Floor Head Nurse

• Make daily rounds to patients .
• Solutions, recording their contents , recording the hour of solution installation and the hour of completion.
• Follow up about patients hygiene and location of the flannel of installation.
• Distribute work to the nursing staff as per the needs of patients and the capabilities of the present team with them .
• Follow up patients before and after surgeries and complete the required data about medical files 
• Follow up the work of nurses according to the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them .
• Review the patients medical file in terms of review medical recommendations, review the treatment.
• Make rounds with consultants , physicians and the director of nursing.
