Job Description
1. Keep updated inventory levels (including daily shipments) to meet operational needs.
2. Track shipments and address any delays.
3. Analyze stock levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages or overstock by generating regular reports on stock levels, movements, and variances
4. Collaborate with the purchasing team to record incoming shipments and verify receipts.
5. Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS) .
6. Adhere to company policies regarding stock control and safety standards.
Job Requirements
1. Prior experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehousing is preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
3. Ability to analyze stock data, forecast demand, and manage reorder points.
4. Excellent organization skills
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Ability to handle discrepancies and resolve issues quickly
7. Effective communication skills
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Professional user for Microsoft Excel
