Job Description
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
