Job Description
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Arrange all kinds of Export / Import shipping docs.
- Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer responses for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
- Increase the company's sales numbers
- Recommending the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions to optimize benefits and reduce cost.
- Filling the docs for Export / Import shipping docs.
- Responsible for updating the status of all shipments and following up on their delivery
- Follow up with the loading process at the packhouse and contact the clearance person.
- Following up & tracing the shipment until the destination.
- Coordinating with the Clearing Agents and preparing supporting documents required for customs clearance.
- Following up with the Freight Forwarders, courier, and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for Export / Import shipments
- Auditing the Clearance, courier & Freight invoices to be signed by Logistics Manager and sent to the financial debt.
- Making regular updates to Export / Import shipments
- Follow-up with tracking and tracing to the final destination and data quality requirement.
Job Requirements
- Residents of Badr City or near it is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Preferably in Logistics and Foreign Trade), or relevant.
- 5+ years of experience in the same field.
- Experience in export.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
