Job Description
- Overseeing, Monitoring & Check the Contractors' Interim Payment Certificates.
- Reviewing & Issuing Interim Payment Certificates in compliance with the Conditions of the Contract for Construction Works.
- Studying variations orders’ regarding contractor’s entitlement and commercial.
- Contract administration within the construction phase.
- Claims management within the construction phase.
- Contracts drafting.
- Establish cost estimates of processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward recommendations for improvement.
- Commercial studies for new contracts.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in contracts and cost management within the construction industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions.
- Proven experience in cost reporting and Quantity surveying.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and ethics in handling sensitive and confidential information.
