Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day banking operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry regulations and standards. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and enhance customer experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience of at least 5 years in banking operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and compliance standards in the UAE. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and resolve complex issues. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving banking industry.
