Job Description
-Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about product features, pricing, and availability
- Process sales transactions and issue invoices/receipts
- Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with inventory, delivery, and after-sales teams
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to close potential sales
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Prepare daily sales reports and update if required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Proven experience in retail or indoor sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentable and confident with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
- Knowledge of the products/services being sold is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., POS systems, MS Office)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required
