Cold Caller – AI Solutions Agency
Location: Remote (Preference for Egypt-based applicants)
Type: Full-Time
Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Arabic
Monthly Compensation: $500 + commissions (upto $1,500)

With a proven track record in AI strategy, custom implementations, and optimization, we are expanding our reach and launching a new AI calling agency to connect with potential clients and partners across the GCC.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Cold Caller to engage with potential clients, introduce ADAIA’s AI solutions, and book meetings for our management team. In addition to making outbound calls, this role requires sourcing new leads through database extraction and contact detail scraping. This position offers growth potential for the right candidate to eventually lead and scale the outreach team.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Make 100+ calls daily to potential clients in the GCC region.
• Schedule in-person or virtual meetings for the management team.
• Manage the CRM system by accurately logging interested leads and client interactions.
• Database Extraction & Lead Sourcing:
- Identify and extract new leads from databases.
- Scrape contact details such as phone numbers and emails for potential clients.
• Prepare daily reports, detailing:
- Number of calls made
- Number of answered calls
- Meetings booked
- Meetings attended
- Meetings rescheduled
- Interested leads
• Follow up with leads as needed to ensure engagement and interest.
• Collaborate with management to refine scripts and outreach strategies.
• Grow with the role, with the potential to lead and scale a future cold-calling team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Sales Communication Skills: Ability to confidently communicate with business professionals and decision-makers.
• Data Sourcing: Experience with database extraction, lead research, and scraping contact details (emails, phone numbers).
• Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a CRM effectively.
• Proactivity: Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Professionalism: Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude.
• Reporting: Experience in generating concise daily/weekly reports.
• Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn, improve, and eventually lead a team.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Knowledge of AI solutions, digital transformation, or tech-related industries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Proficiency in data scraping tools (e.g., Hunter.io, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar).
