Insurance Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking an Insurance Accountant Supervisor to supervise and manage financial accounts with insurance companies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of claims, reconciliations, and revenue recognition, while maintaining compliance with accounting policies and insurance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage insurance accounts, ensuring alignment with approved accounting policies.
• Review and reconcile all financial claims with insurance companies to ensure accuracy of amounts received and paid.
• Oversee accountants handling insurance accounts and prepare revenue/expense reports.
• Ensure accurate recognition of collected revenues from insurance companies.
• Prepare periodic reports on insurance clients’ financial accounts and submit them to Finance Management.
• Review bank reconciliations and ensure alignment with company records.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for payments and pending claims.
• Ensure all records comply with local & international accounting standards and insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve any claims or payments issues.
