- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the architectural industry.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand recognition.
Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Prepare tender documents and proposals for new projects.
Review and analyze client requests for proposals (RFPs) to determine feasibility and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, including social media.
Develop capability statements, company profiles, and presentation materials for clients in PowerPoints.
Collect offers from sub-consultants and prepare letter of awards / purchase orders for sub-consultants.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Business Administration.
5+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Experience with proposal writing, capability statements, and presentation skills in PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the architectural industry and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in business development.
Experience in collecting offers from sub-consultants and preparing letter of awards / purchase orders for sub-consultants.
