Job Description
1-prepare proposals (Arabic and English) in response to customer RFP or tender bid in coordination with respective region’s sales manager and as per the directions of the OA division manager.
2-Internal follow-up with finance and logistics/Warehouse for smooth item deliveries to the customer as per approved sales order.
3- follow-up on corporate customer supplier portals as a vendor to supply OA product range and solutions.
4-Record keeping of sales-related documents.
5-Generating on-demand reports and keeping track of maintenance contract expiry dates and informing respective region’s sales team to take contract renewal action accordingly.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Pre Sales experience in the Automation industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and time management skills.
- Ability to engage with Customers and Account Managers in workshops and draw out technical requirements.
