Job Description
• prepare workshop drawings, technical proposals, and construction method statements.
• Supervising and reviewing the preparation of quantity survey reports.
• Revise monthly invoices for subcontractors and clients
• Review material and subcontractor inspections reports from consultants
• Compare prices between subcontractors’ contracts and BOQ
• Approve all documents (subcontractors’ invoices, consultants’ invoices and shop drawings)
• Provide a weekly report to the Project Manager including the percentage of completion of works, needs, obstacles, and others.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering.
- Previous Experience in POST TENSION Projects is a MUST.
- 10 years of experience in the same job.
- Contracting background.
- Work Location Sheikh Zaid, 6th of October.
- willing to join within a week.
