Job Description

  • Count the physical inventory.
  • Solve customers’ problems with the sales team and follow up on the outstanding invoices.
  • Release hold sales orders for branches.
  • Update new items’ prices and the existing items after getting cost approval.
  • Review and Calculate customers’ compensations and issuing credit notes once getting the finance and sales departments’ approval.
  • Gather incentives after receiving it from the agencies and send it back to each branch.
 
  • Following up on outstanding invoices and solving customers’ problems with sales team
  • Releasing sales orders hold for branches

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of business administration or faculty of commerce
  • Previous experience in audit firm is preferred
  • CMA or IFRS diploma is required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Very good in MS Excel & oracle.
  • Very Good command of English language
