Job Description
- Payment processes of students
- Documentation of all contacts, payments & expenses
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email (Answering all phone calls, emails, messages, face to face visits)
- Follow up with all departments on ongoing tasks.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Documenting meeting minutes
- Updating website with new information
- Make sure the school is well maintained (buffet, cleanliness, tools, materials)
- Analysis of courses and input on how to enhance the programs.
- Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries if any.
- Keep inventory of stock
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Job Requirements
● University degree in relevant field (Commerce, Adminstration, Business, etc…)
● Excellent communication in English is a must (both written and spoken)
● Excellent Phone etiquette
● Excellent email writing and sorting skills
