Job Description

  • Payment processes of students
  • Documentation of all contacts, payments & expenses
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email (Answering all phone calls, emails, messages, face to face visits)
  • Follow up with all departments on ongoing tasks.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Documenting meeting minutes
  • Updating website with new information  
  • Make sure the school is well maintained (buffet, cleanliness, tools, materials)
  • Analysis of courses and input on how to enhance the programs.
  • Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries if any.
  • Keep inventory of stock
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

Job Requirements

● University degree in relevant field (Commerce, Adminstration, Business, etc…) 

● Excellent communication in English is a must (both written and spoken) 

● Excellent Phone etiquette 

● Excellent email writing and sorting skills
