Job Description
- Reviewing contractor Structural Works execution time schedule.
- Reviewing Structural Works Submittals.
- Reviewing Structural Works workshop drawings, including coordination and builder work
- Responding to Contractor's Structural Works queries
- Inspecting contractor Structural Works execution as related to quality and compliance with design and specifications.
- Monitoring Structural Works contractor progress.
- Reviewing and approving contractor structural works invoice and verification of qualification and percentage of completion.
- Reviewing structural as built drawings.
Review of Contractor’s structural works submittals of materials, shop drawings, statement methods, for conformance with the Contractor’s documents, local regulations and laws.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years and maximum of 15 years of relevant experience in structural engineering supervision.
- Proven experience working on-site within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with project stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and review technical drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
- Proficiency in using engineering and project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site as required by project demands.
