Senior Site Architect

1. Matching between the portraits Architecture and construction. 
2. Review all the Executive portraits for mechanical and electrical works of architectural standpoint. 
3. Coordination with engineer’s mechanical and electrical works and review places the holes for pipes and Ducts
4. Review the technical and contractual specifications for the project, as well as drawings and review the extent of compliance with BOQ (BOQ). 
5. Approval for Technical drawing for Executive architectural work. 
6. Approval for Technical samples own architectural work.
7. Approval and review the technical reports, project progress reports. 
8. Organize regular meetings with the contractors and owner to discuss the progress and the problems to implementation. 
9. Review and approve the final drawings for the project (As Built). 
10 - Doorstep primary buildings, prepare a list of observations DOORSTEP Primary (and estimating rates of discounts for the items, if any). 
11. Evaluate the performance of architectural junior architect engineer
