Job Description
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, and in-person meetings.
- Research and identify new market segments and industries.
- Schedule and attend face-to-face client meetings to understand their HR challenges and present tailored service solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently.
- Conduct services presentations and provide in-depth information about our HR offerings.
- Collaborate with internal HR consultants and teams to align client needs with our services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and HR service offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or any related field.
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Sales (Services) or fresh grad.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
