Job Description

As a Trucking Insurance Broker specializing in the USA market, you will facilitate the purchase of insurance policies for clients involved in the trucking industry within the United States. Despite being based in Cairo, New cairo, your working hours will align with the USA time zone, from 7:00 PM till 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. You will work closely with trucking companies, independent truck drivers, and related businesses to understand their insurance needs and provide them with suitable coverage options. Your role involves assessing risks, negotiating terms, and securing the best insurance policies tailored to the specific requirements of each client. 

Sales Account Manager

  • ● Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • ● Develop positive relationships with clients
  • ● Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • ● Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • ● Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • ● Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • ● Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • ● Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • ● Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • ● Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Job Requirements

1. *Client Consultation:* Engage with clients in the USA to understand their insurance needs, assess risks associated with their trucking operations, and provide expert advice on appropriate coverage options.

2. *Policy Analysis:* Evaluate various insurance policies from different carriers in the USA, comparing coverage, premiums, deductibles, and other terms to determine the most suitable options for clients.

3. *Risk Assessment:* Analyze factors such as the type of cargo transported, distance traveled, operating routes, driver experience, safety records, and compliance with US regulations to assess risk levels accurately.

4. *Insurance Placement:* Collaborate with insurance carriers in the USA to place coverage for clients, negotiating terms and premiums to secure favorable agreements.

5. *Documentation and Compliance:* Ensure all necessary paperwork, including insurance applications, policy documents, and regulatory filings in the USA, are completed accurately and submitted on time to maintain compliance with legal requirements.

6. *Client Relationship Management:* Cultivate strong relationships with USA-based clients by providing exceptional service during their business hours, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering advice on risk management strategies.

7. *Market Research:* Stay informed about trends, developments, and changes in the trucking industry and insurance market in the USA to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions.

8. *Claims Assistance:* Assist USA-based clients in navigating the insurance claims process, advocating on their behalf to ensure prompt and fair resolution of claims.

9. *Continuous Education:* Stay updated on US industry regulations, insurance products, and market dynamics through ongoing training, seminars, and professional development opportunities.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
- Understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations in the USA (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, assess risk, and make sound decisions.
- Fluency in speaking and writing English.    (is must)                                                                                                                 -Fluency in speaking and writing  Spanish. (preferred)

Sales Account Manager

  • ● Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • ● Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • ● Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • ● Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ● An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • ● Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • ● BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

  • - Willingness to work from Cairo, new cairo, during USA business hours (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday).
