Job Description
- Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through reporting.
- Review and assess internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial statements and operational processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior auditors, providing guidance and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an auditor in Real estate field is a must.
- In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
- Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Integrity and reliability
- BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance; master’s degree and professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) are pluses
