Job Description
As a medical content writer, you will be responsible for writing everything according to SEO best practices from website pages, landing pages, blogs, emails, etc. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating medical/nutrition blog posts and articles
- Translate medical and nutrition content from English to Arabic
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Create powerful content writing with storytelling
- Develop video scripts from content pre-developed with our doctors
- Write social media posts with the potential to be shared and go viral
- Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with the team for new ideas
- Research industry-related topics and produce well-researched content for publication online
- Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
- Proofread and edited blog posts before publication
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Adapt the writing tone of voice to meet the requirements of the targeted audience
Job Requirements
- Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Medical Content Creator
- Excellent in writing in Arabic with proven experience
- Fluent in English and able to translate to Arabic
- Good knowledge of SEO strategies and tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Excellent researching skills
- A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g.dietetics, medicine or pharmaceutical) is a plus
