Job Description
- Share in defining the hospital’s mission.
- Participates in developing and implementing a hospital wide quality improvement and patient safety program.
- Determines and plans the services to be provided by the hospital that are consistent with the hospital’s mission and needs of the patients served by the hospital.
- Creating the policies and procedures necessary to carry out the services provided.
- Ensures that activities are conducted accurately, ethically, and according to the hospitals policies, procedures, and standards.
- Defining the necessary qualifications required of the staff.
- Assess, request and following up the needful of the department from the equipment and instruments.
- Participates in the planning, creation, organization and introduction of new OPD Clinics
- Planning, organizing, directing and observing all activities and services of the department and leading the departmental meetings.
- Share in hospital committees.
- Holds meeting with the department staff to ensure that they all work together to coordinate the provision of service.
- Evaluating the performance of the department staff and put recommendations.
- Provides data and information on the quality of its services to stakeholders.
- Participates in developing and implementing a hospital wide quality improvement and patient safety program.
- Ensures effective communication throughout the hospital
- Pays attention to the accuracy and timeliness of information shared and communicated throughout the hospital.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Experience in hospital Management .
- Hospital management Diploma or MBA is a plus.
- Full Time job.
