Job Description

  • Extract tender reviews/ads/ news from newspapers and follow up specialized companies.
  • Prepare tender documents and follow up practice news.
  • Write, follow and print quotations, till delivered to the customer.
  • Send and receive all dep correspondence (Fax - Email) and follow up its implementation.
  • Enter, Complete invoices, samples, and returned products on SAP program with warehouse department.
  • Follow up LG status with the concerned departments.
  • Prepare all supply orders reports and follow-up to current tenders.
  • Organize, attend and schedule dep meetings.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 0-1 year experience in the same position.
  • V. good user of MS Office applications
  • SAP user is a plus
  • Females Only can apply
  • Mokattam residents preferred
