Job Description
- Supervising and monitoring booked loads to ensure a steady flow of revenue
- Aligning dispatch targets with the budget set by the CFO to maintain business profitability
- Ensuring dispatch targets are met and TMS is up to date
- Capable of coordinating drivers vacation requests
- Devise a plan to remove our companies off DNU lists and re-establish business with brokers
- Build team spirit to encourage a positive work environment and promote productivity
- Coach underperforming drivers
- Serves as a POC between broker, driver, and dispatch Manager to ensure effective communication among dispatchers and between departments
Job Requirements
- Work experience in Logistics
- Knowledge of logistics software or transportation management systems (Preferable)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Have excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate assertiveness and decisiveness
- Excellent Data Entry skills
- Excellent Software navigation skills
- Proficient in interpreting and navigating maps
- Meticulous and extremely attentive to details
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field (Preferable)
- English Fluency is a must (both verbal and written).
- Internet Speed must be atleast 30mbps (download).
