Job Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor laws.
- Develop, implement, and update HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract, select, and retain top talent across all business lines.
- Supervise employee relations, address grievances, and mediate workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Coordinate and monitor performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Identify training and development needs, organize learning initiatives, and support career growth for employees.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in collaboration with the finance department.
- Ensure accurate HR records, data management, and reporting for audits and compliance purposes.
- Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
