Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
- Keep Informed of New Projects and Services
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
- Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines and
- Following and Motivating Sales Team
- Prepare Sales Reports
- Dealing with customers inquiries face to face, over the phone.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Making calls with our leads and cools calls, giving them all the information they need.
- Promote sales through advertisements, ads.
- Review contracts to ensure terms are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum 4 years of Real Estate experience.
