Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Architecture Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and coordination of architectural projects. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet the required standards. The Architecture Technical Office Engineer will play a key role in preparing technical drawings, conducting site visits, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Assist in the coordination of project activities and communicate with contractors and suppliers.
- Provide technical support to project teams and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise.
- Review and analyze project designs to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a technical office environment, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
