Job Description
● Generate and conceptualize engaging content tailored for our target audience.
● Write, edit, and proofread content in Arabic and English ensuring it's free from errors and maintains consistency in voice and style.
● Collaborate with our strategy team to ensure content alignment with overall company goals.
● Stay updated with latest content trends within the GCC region to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
● Work closely with our design and multimedia teams to bring the content to life in diverse formats.
● Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
● Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
● Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
● Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
● Update our websites content as needed
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in content creation.
- Proven experience in working with brands or accounts targeting the GCC market.
- Experience in creating and editing content for digital platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Ability to develop and execute effective content strategies.
- A solid portfolio that showcases versatile writing styles and a deep understanding of different audience preferences.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices "optional".
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus "optional".
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
