Job Description

Strategy Development: Developing and implementing CRM strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves analyzing customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and increasing revenue.

CRM System Management: Overseeing the selection, implementation, and management of CRM software and tools. This includes ensuring the CRM system meets the organization's requirements, overseeing data integration and migration, and providing training and support to users.

Customer Data Analysis: Analyzing customer data and generating insights to drive targeted marketing campaigns, personalized communication, and product/service enhancements. This involves utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to segment customers, track their behavior, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Customer Journey Mapping: Mapping out the customer journey and identifying touchpoints where CRM initiatives can enhance the customer experience. This includes collaborating with various departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistent and seamless interactions across all channels.

Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of CRM professionals, including setting goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations. Senior CRM professionals also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives across the organization.
