Job Description
This is not an immediate vacancy, we are currently talent pooling.
We are looking for a production manager to Plan, direct, or oversee production processes to increase productivity in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures
- Evaluate the quality of materials or products
- Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw materials or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality
- Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and deadlines
- Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or operational reports to detect production problems
- Coordinate procedures for machines maintenance or modification
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, AAST or AUC is preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in production machinery, processes, and standards
- Knowledge of CNC machines, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Documentation and organization skills
