Job Description
- Social Media Strategy: Create and manage all social media strategies.
- Monthly Content Plan: Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company social media, websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Moderation & dealing with CRM: Responsible for moderating and managing the online community for all platform, collect all client numbers, upload them to CRM and confirm that admin receive them.
- Mirroring Content Throughout SM & Website: Ensuring that all platforms are on the same updates, regardless of the content (Website – YouTube - Facebook - Instagram - Twitter – LinkedIn).
- Competitor Weekly Analysis: Weekly follow-up of competitors to monitor the strength of their all platforms, offers and events of most common interest.
- Customer Behavior Analysis: Demographics, Age, Gender, Ethnic, Opinions, Attitudes and Aspirations and so on….
- Define Behavioral Patterns: Based on Customer Behavior Analysis you should be able to conclude out how the customer makes decisions and make a new customers criterion.
- Daily Report: Prepare leads daily report (Performance, Cost) and any required report for daily leads from all Channels of all Platforms:
- Website & Social Media Platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Offline Source (Outdoor, Location Signs, Broker, REC, Old Data, Events).
- Hotline from Call Center Program.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist..
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Team player.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
