Monitor industry advancements and integrate best practices into the specification process.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in a specifications engineering or technical documentation role, preferably within the paints, coatings, or chemicals industry.
Strong understanding of technical standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to interpret and develop detailed technical documents and specifications.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with quality assurance processes and compliance audits.
Proficiency in technical writing and documentation tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
