Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact between consultants, contractors, operators, and contractors.
Conduct daily follow-up and supervision for all hotel renovation projects.
Prepare and present regular reports on project progress.
Monitor and supervise different operators across multiple hotels.
Oversee and follow up on all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities in each hotel.
Coordinate and organize renovation activities with each operator.
Collaborate closely with Safety, Architectural, and Civil teams.
Travel regularly to all TMG properties for coordination and management purposes.
Establish effective coordination and communication with other departments.
Adapt to changes in the scope of work.
Manage suppliers and negotiate regional deals.
Maintain a hands-on approach with operators in different brands.
Ensure implementation of management strategies in all hotels.
Monitor and supervise the Technical team at each hotel.
Interact with luxury management teams.
Monitor and report progress on all projects and renovations in each hotel.
Conduct monthly audits of all TMG hotels.
Oversee and manage all technical aspects of TMG hotels.
Provide monthly reports on Electro-Mechanical conditions to the direct report.
Monitor and maintain fire life safety equipment in all TMG hotels.
Supervise, schedule, motivate, discipline, and plan all Electromechanical activities in TMG hotels.
Engage with TMG opening hotels from a maintenance perspective.
Ensure the condition of all Electro-Mechanical rooms through regular operator communication.
Develop and implement procedures, systems, and controls for an efficient and proactive Electro-Mechanical department.
Establish a 5-year plan.
Prepare an annual, itemized Capital Budget for Mechanical equipment changes and replacements.
Foster effective inter-departmental communication and positive relations within the engineering team.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned responsibilities.
Develop and implement an energy conservation program to meet annual budget targets and achieve savings.
Maintain professionalism in all conduct, reflecting TMG's high standards.
Attend and actively participate in all required meetings.
Respond appropriately in TMG hospitality area emergencies or safety situations.
Job Requirements
1. Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering projects/renovation from concept design through to the tender stage, as a part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
2. The candidate should be confident in managing others and willing to
delegate and verify technical delivery as necessary to deliver the appropriate level of technical information per stage in line with our projects/renovation scope requirements.
3. bachelor’s degree in engineering.
4. Knowledge of blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
5. Experience in Hospitality field & Facility Management
6. Consultant \Design previous experience.
7. 20+ year’s experience in the same field
8. Familiar with Project management skills
