Job Description

As the Head of Accounts at KTS International, you will lead the accounting department and oversee all financial activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing a team of accountants, implementing financial processes and controls, and providing strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters.

Job Specifications:

  • Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
  • Design policies that align with overall strategy
  • Implement efficient processes and standards
  • Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
  • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
  • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
  • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA/CMA preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, financial analysis, and budgeting, preferably in the concierge or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in financial management software (preferably XERO) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

NOTE: All candidates MUST be able to communicate fluently in English.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as needed to accommodate company needs and deadlines.
