Job Description
- Develop and update job descriptions.
- Participate in development and update of organization policies and procedures.
- Update manpower plan on a monthly basis.
- Identify the company’s hiring needs.
- Manage the internal & external recruitment process of blue and white collars.
- Conduct recruitment process; review and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Maintain eligible applicant pool and refer candidates to hiring departments.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Organize new employee orientation, on-boarding and induction training programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience from 5-7 years preferably in #constructionindustry
- Can deal with Microsoft Visio
- Skilled in negotiation, time management and communication
