Job Description
This is a brand-new position in our global sales structure and as such offers space for own ideas and thoughts.
This position supports the sales staff in presenting technical presentations of our products as well as assisting on installations of our products in both a pre- and post-sales support role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide product demonstrations both in person and online to potential clients or partners
Respond to reseller and high-profile customer requests for technical assistance
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and partners
work on business deals through on-site visits or online
Champion our product line through product presentations and technical demonstrations at customer and partner sites
Work on answering of RFP’s and RFI’s
Cooperate on sales tools creation for local sale or pre-sales teams.
Job Requirements
Requirements
At least 10 years in a Sales Engineering or Professional Services
At least 5 years in a Sales Engineering or Professional Services/Consulting experience in security field
Experience in the following fields: Kaspersky, Antivirus, Networking
Skill in business communication and making excellent presentations
Skill in organization and time management
Ability to work independently
Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
