Job Description
- Call business owners to build rapport and sell products
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Job Requirements
- A Genuinely positive, happy, and likeable attitude over the phone will lead to success. Tonality is key.
- Proficient in English, being fluent and well spoken is mandatory
- Must have a Computer with good WIFI, good speaker and a good microphone.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs (e.g. Google sheets/docs) and simple telephone software.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role - preferred
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone - preferred
